Term and Conditions of Kim's Spa Pte Ltd.
Kim’s Spa endeavors to provide professional and efficient spa, massage and beauty services with fair trading practices adhering closely to the Case Trust for Spa and Wellness Businesses policies and practices and is a member of SWAS (Spa and Wellness Association of Singapore).

1. Upon purchase of a treatment or package, the client will be automatically entitled to enjoy an affiliation status.  Terms and conditions will apply and the management’s decision is final.

Packages of $1000 and below will be valid for 1 year from date of payment.
Packages of above $1000 will be valid for 2 years from date of payment.
In alignment with the Case Trust guidelines, deposits and payment of packages from the date of purchase have a “5 work-day cooling-off period, which allows the customer a 100% refund for non-utilised treatments.  After the “cooling-off” period, no cash refund will be entertained.  However, all packages are transferable until date of expiry.
3. Complimentary use of facilities

All package holders will be allowed the complimentary use of a swimming pool, fitness gym and steam room.  These facilities may only be used by the person who has the package and can only be used prior or after treatment at Kim’s Spa.
4. Customer and package holders of Kim's Spa Pte Ltd,will be subjected to the terms and conditions of the swimming pool ,gym and steam room operator, however these complimentary services may be withdrawn any time, without notice or compensation.
5. The PARKROYAL Hotel on Kitchener Road or any person associated with the hotel is in no way associated with Kim’s Spa Pte Ltd who is a tenant on a tenancy agreement. The hotel will allow complimentary use of the facilities until expiration of tenancy agreement but will not be in any way legally responsible to the spa customers or package holders of Kim’s Spa Pte Ltd.The complimentary use can be revoked at anytime at the discretion of the hotel
6. Limited complimentary carpark facilities are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
7. All clients who are registered with Kim’s Spa Pte Ltd will be liable for their own safety and must fill in a health and indemnity form and register with the spa before usage of these facilities.
