All transactions will be in Singapore Dollars. We accept Nets, Visa, Master, Diners and American Express cards.
Deposits and payment of packages from the date of purchase have a “5 work-day cooling-off period” which allows the customer a 100% refund for non-utilised treatments. After the cooling-off period, no cash refund will be entertained. However, packages are transferable until date of expiry.
All prices of retail products and services are fixed unless under customized package arrangements.
We will honor the price as stated in our brochure at the time of booking.
Hotel guests are entitled to 15% off our brochure price.

All prices are subject to a 7% GST (Goods & Service Tax).
All retail products are exchangeable if unopened within 5 work days. No exchange is allowed if the product is already opened or damaged.
All regular clients on packages will be entitled to a 10% discount on retail products purchased.
All clients who purchase a package will be required to sign an Agreement of the Terms and Conditions, which also covers the use of the spa and hotel facilities. A sample copy is available at the reception.
Promotions and advertising materials which state the prices of services on promotion will be adhered to. In case of dispute, please ask to speak to the supervisor.
A complaint form is available to voice the nature of your complaint and the management will investigate and revert to you within 14 days.
PLEASE LOCK ALL VALUABLES in the lockers given. In case of important valuables, please request the reception to keep the items for safekeeping.
