Deposits and payment of packages from the date of purchase have a “5 work-day cooling-off period” which allows the customer a 100% refund for non-utilised treatments. After the cooling-off period, no cash refund will be entertained. However, packages are transferable until date of expiry. |

All prices of retail products and services are fixed unless under customized package arrangements. |

We will honor the price as stated in our brochure at the time of booking. |

Hotel guests are entitled to 15% off our brochure price. |

All clients who purchase a package will be required to sign an Agreement of the Terms and Conditions, which also covers the use of the spa and hotel facilities. A sample copy is available at the reception. |

Promotions and advertising materials which state the prices of services on promotion will be adhered to. In case of dispute, please ask to speak to the supervisor. |

A complaint form is available to voice the nature of your complaint and the management will investigate and revert to you within 14 days. |
